Great Mazinger, which made a shocking debut as the successor to Mazinger Z, joins the Amazing Yamaguchi lineup! Built as a machine specialized for combat to prepare for the invasion of the Mycenae Empire, its powerful armaments can be recreated with included option parts. Weapons such as the "Drill Pressure Punch," "Great Boomerang," "Mazinger Blade," and "Thunder Break," each with devastating power, come with interchangeable parts and dynamic effect parts. The "Scramble Dash" flight wings that deploy from the back can be attached by swapping base parts, and the flight tail fins that deploy from the calves are also recreated as additional parts. The main body captures the massive style, powered up even further from Mazinger Z. While emphasizing the solid feel of a robot toy through metallic paint and a specialized structure that avoids visible joints, the Yamaguchi-style articulation allows for deep bends and flexes, enabling dynamic posing. The height difference compared to the previously released Amazing Yamaguchi Mazinger Z is sculpted to match the on-screen image, making it slightly larger. Hand parts for shaking hands between the two figures are included, allowing you to recreate the iconic scene symbolizing the change of protagonists in the final episode of Mazinger Z. Bring the intense battles from the show back to life with the Amazing Yamaguchi Great Mazinger!
For the "Drill Pressure Punch," which reinforces the Atomic Punch with blades emerging from the arms, forearm parts with pressure cutters and support parts for attaching the arms to the stand are included.
Two "Mazinger Blades" are included to recreate dual-wielding poses.
The "Breast Burn" radiator plate on the chest features a unique structure that moves on a central hinge to allow for poses with arms thrust forward. The "Great Boomerang" is recreated using a dedicated handheld boomerang part and a chest cover part.
The "Thunder Break," which summons thunderclouds and gathers lightning at the fingertips, is recreated by attaching lightning effect parts to a dedicated hand part with an extended index finger.
Boost effect parts are included to represent the Scramble Dash, Drill Pressure Punch, and the thrusters from the legs during flight.
