A new project kicks off, teaming up Kaiyodo with Yogin, a young Chinese creator gaining popularity for sharing work on social media! The first release features Didi, the most popular character from the "ANNOYING BIRD" series. This plump-bodied, big-eyed parakeet is a very mischievous little one. In this trading figure collection, we have brought Didi to life in 4 standard types plus 1 rare item, capturing lively poses like hiding in various places or striking funny stances. The vibrant paintwork and the detailed accessories sculpted alongside Didi further enhance the fun of this world.

Yogin's illustrations, which possess a deep charm despite their simple touch, are drawn with great affection, capturing the curious expressions small animals show when they encounter the world around them. Yogin says that the creation of these cutely deformed characters is rooted in real-life experience observing actual small animals. In the "ANNOYING BIRD" mascot figures, we have meticulously translated the vitality and dynamism expressed in their tiny bodies into 3D using Kaiyodo's signature sculpting techniques.

About the creation of "ANNOYING BIRD"
Since I was young, I have had many opportunities to interact with parrots, and many ideas came to me during the creative process. The "ANNOYING BIRD" series was created based on these experiences. I love small animals and find myself observing them unconsciously. I used to think I could create good stories just by imagining them in my head, but looking back, I realized that it is only through real experience that the direction of creation expands. Unless you actually see the animals, you cannot imagine how they move, and consequently, the work will not have any vitality.
