Originally released as a garage kit during the broadcast of the TV anime "Neon Genesis Evangelion," this Evangelion Unit-01 was sculpted by Shinobu Matsumura.
It is a masterpiece that incorporates bold biological elements while respecting the original design, featuring a base of an Angel that captures various elements without compromising the expression of muscles or the level of detail.
For this plastic model kit version, the original sculpt was converted into 3D data, resized to a total height of approximately 230mm, and refined by Shinobu Matsumura himself. Includes parts for the exposed chest muscles where the armor has peeled away and a hand holding a Progressive Knife.
This highly acclaimed plastic model kit is being re-produced in the milestone year of the 30th anniversary of Evangelion!
