The beautiful yet eerie Evangelion Mass Production Type is now a plastic model kit! The massive wings are moulded as a single part! From "Neon Genesis Evangelion: The End of Evangelion", the Evangelion Mass Production Type joins the ARTPLA lineup. This product uses the sculpt by Akira Tani (OZ Co., Ltd.), featuring a slender yet muscular body, a slick head, and massive wings deployed from the back. The signature wings (470mm total width) are moulded as a single piece, achieving both visual beauty and structural sturdiness. With a simple part configuration due to the fixed pose, it can be assembled in no time. Moulded in pearl grey, the kit captures the appearance of a sculpture just by assembling it. Of course, you can also paint it to further enjoy the kit and finish it as your own unique Evangelion Mass Production Type. The original resin kit was created in 1997. For this kit version, all parts were 3D scanned and converted into digital data. Additionally, the wing part shapes were fine-tuned from the original sculpt. By adjusting the attachment angle and the undulating, relief-like shapes, it has become a sculpture whose impression changes moment by moment from every 360-degree angle. Furthermore, to sturdily support the top-heavy design, the rubble base has been increased in size with added details.
