A legendary masterpiece of sculpting returns as a plastic model kit. The original prototype was a massive resin cast kit released in 1986. This "Jashinhei," which stands at the origin of Kaiyodo's sculpting history, shocked the hobby scene of the time with its innovative techniques and artistic sense, featuring a torso crafted from various materials and bellows sections that incorporated forced perspective. 38 years later, to mark Kaiyodo's 60th anniversary, this work is finally revived as a plastic model kit. The massive original prototype was 3D scanned and resized. All parts have been refined while preserving the texture of the original materials, which included clay, springs, and aluminum foil. The kit is moulded in a bronze colour, allowing for a profound, heavy finish simply by assembling it without the need for painting.
