- Due to popular demand, the plastic model kit of the Machine God designed by Yutaka Izubuchi is back in production!
From the comic series "Kishin Gensou Rune Masquer" by creator Yutaka Izubuchi—who is active in various fields as an illustrator, mecha designer, and animation director—comes the first-ever plastic model kit of the Machine God "Rune Masquer" Sleipnir!
In 1988, Yutaka Izubuchi and Kaiyodo teamed up to launch "Kishin Gensou Rune Masquer" as a completely original project developed through both three-dimensional figures and illustrations. Using modern perspectives and technology, we are now releasing the Machine God "Rune Masquer" designed by Yutaka Izubuchi as a new plastic model kit.
The sculpting is handled by Akira Tani, Kaiyodo's leading expert in mecha modeling. He has captured the unique design drawn by Yutaka Izubuchi—which fuses mechanical elements with the biological characteristics of a centaur—in a voluminous, large-scale model. The exterior, composed of smooth curves, and organic parts like the flowing mane and tail are designed for easy assembly through clever part separation in this fixed-pose model.
The kit includes a display base and a large spear weapon. Once completed, you can enjoy the sight of the Machine God "Rune Masquer" standing on rocky ground, exuding a divine presence.
We hope you enjoy this supreme design by Yutaka Izubuchi, newly expressed in three dimensions.
