Chemil is an ace who possesses the miraculous Rare Skill "Phantasm," which allows her to glimpse the near future, and she is a cheerful mood maker who dislikes conflict.
With character design by Atsuto Shinozuka and sculpting by Haon, she has been finished with great charm.
She comes with four rich facial expressions, including her characteristic bright smile, a shouting face for battle, and a mischievous plotting face.

Of course, the quality of the face and outfit remains the same! You can combine her with separately sold C.H.A.R.M.s or dress her in other Picco Neemo outfits—the ways to enjoy her are endless! It is perfect for both doll beginners and Lily collectors.
